Do we have to move to your infrastructure?
No. Relay can support systems on your own servers, in your cloud accounts, or in our Canadian facility. Many clients start on their own hardware and move selected workloads later, once the boundary and the benefit are clear.
Our system is old and undocumented. Is that a problem?
It’s the most common starting point we see. Discovery comes first: we map what exists, identify what’s fragile, and stabilize it before proposing any change. We don’t require a rewrite to take responsibility.
Where is our data?
Workloads hosted by Helix run in our own colocation facility in Canada, operated by our team. If data residency matters to your industry or your clients, that answer is simple and stays simple.
What does “AI integration” actually mean here?
